Terms of Service

Welcome to LineSniper ("Service"), operated at linesniperbetting.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LineSniper is

LineSniper provides sports analytics, odds comparison tools, and educational decision-support features. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or money-transmitter. We do not accept wagers or hold customer betting funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws about sports betting and online services in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, share accounts, reverse-engineer systems, scrape data excessively, or violate these Terms.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts may receive a limited free trial of paid features (for example, three days of full live access). After the trial, continued use of live boards and related paid features requires an active subscription. Plans may include single-sport access or multi-sport access, as described on the Pricing page. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through the billing tools provided in the app (Clerk / Stripe). Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees already charged for a billing period are not refunded on a pro-rated basis when you cancel mid-cycle. Complimentary (comp) access may be granted or revoked by us at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity or use that violates gambling laws where you are
• No resale of feeds, bulk scraping, or sharing paid access
• No attempts to bypass paywalls, trials, or security controls
• No harassment or abuse of support channels

6. No guarantees / not advice

Scores, probabilities, "edge," Proof ledger results, and any other outputs are estimates and historical summaries only. They may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on LineSniper is financial, legal, or betting advice. You alone decide whether and how to place any wagers with third-party books.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and content (excluding your personal saved tickets) are owned by LineSniper or its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINE SNIPER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BETTING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

10. Disputes

Contact us first at the email on the Contact page so we can try to resolve billing or product issues. For payment disputes, include your account email, approximate charge date, and description. We will respond within a reasonable time. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
